The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to be close to restaurants and shopping. Despite being in the general area that experiences noise from aircraft, the hotel provides adequate insulation to protect guests from the extreme noise. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The friendly staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel also has two great pools and a hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a long day of shopping. Guests can even enjoy the Backyard area, a relaxing spot to have a drink or swim.

Some areas of the hotel show signs of wear and tear, indicating the need for a little renovation.

Only one person at the front desk. Had to wait for check-in and check-out. Breakfast is not included in room rate however the restaurant located in the hotel was good.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The basic amenities, including a swimming pool and meeting rooms, add to the convenience of your stay. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, being very close to the airport and just a short shuttle ride away from the famous Mall of America.

Close to shopping at the Mall of America was very covenient for us. Good parking. Staff was very accomodating.

Other than the Mall of America, there was not many places close to have breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel did not serve breakfast as late as we wanted to get out of our room.

This hotel is an incredible value for the price. The rooms have been recently renovated and come with a new flat screen TV and premium cable channels. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Mall of America and there is a complimentary shuttle available for convenience. The staff are polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We would have liked to Cafe to be open later in the day. Possibly for supper. Not everyone likes to eat in a bar setting.

The hotel was a construction area. At checkin I negotiated a lower price than the price given by Bookin.com. The parking bus in front of my window had a running engine all night long. The person from reception desk did not react on my complaints. I could hardly sleep. Maybe I shouldnt have negotiated... The clerk was not able to change the address on my invoice to the business address. Took more than 10 minutes before the process was cancelled without success. What a waste of time just before leaving.

Great price for a stay and park deal, with shuttle to and from the airport, and location convenient to both major highways of the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a very smooth check-in process. And the staff was super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

The hotel seemed a bit dated, especially the hallways, but it was not a big issue. The breakfast offered was pretty basic with not too many options, but adequate considering the low cost of the stay and park deal.

Great outdoor pool area and large indoor pool. Very convenient shuttle service to the airport and shopping area. Free breakfast was convenient and offered a good variety of choices.

The decor was outdated and in need of updating. The rooms were not soundproof, and noise could be heard from adjacent rooms.

Loved the very friendly and efficient service. The shuttle rides were convenient to the Mall of America for shopping and access to the light rail downtown. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The facilities were cozy and comfortable.

Obviously, the old Thunderbird hotel. Is very dated. Which is fine, the old school Indian (Native American) motif was nostalgic. Poor value for the money, and the restaurant was seriously lacking.
